Buying chicks at 3 weeks instead of day-old means they are already warm-hardy and vaccinated when you get them.

Questions people ask

How fresh are the eggs?

Eggs are collected daily and delivered within a few days of laying. Every tray is checked for cracks before it leaves the farm.

Can I get the chicken slaughtered and cleaned?

Yes. Choose "dressed" for a hen, cock or broiler and we deliver it slaughtered, cleaned and packed. Live birds are also available.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Order as little as one tray or one bird. For large numbers of chicks, message us a few days ahead so we can reserve them.

Which vaccines have the chicks had?

At the hatchery they are vaccinated against Marek's disease and Newcastle disease. On our farm we vaccinate against Newcastle disease, Infectious Bronchitis and Fowl pox. We sell them at 3 weeks old for KES 250 each.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Check your order when the rider arrives. Cracked eggs or a problem bird are replaced on the spot or on the next delivery.

Can I pay before delivery?

Yes. Pay to our Buy Goods Till 3267707 and put the M-Pesa confirmation code in your order. The name shown on the M-Pesa message confirms you are paying Shadoro.

What if an item runs out after I pay?

We check stock before every delivery. If something you paid for has run out, we call you the same day and you choose: a replacement, delivery on the next day it is available, or a full refund to your M-Pesa within 24 hours.

How do you use my details?

We keep your name, phone number, delivery area and order details only to deliver your order, contact you about it and keep our sales records.

Where exactly is the farm?

Our office is at Monami Building, Nairobi Road, Ahero. You are welcome to collect orders there. Tell us on WhatsApp so we have it ready.
